Stay Away. The Bates Motel. Them room was filthy dirty. Garbage under the beds. No fitted sheets, mattress cover ripped and stains on mattress. The room smelt like old cigarette smoke. The bathroom shower had mold all around tub, and the taps were green with lime. The drain was rusted out. The motel is away from the main road. Very dark and scary to enter. The so called "Bar" was the worst establishment. When entered there was a cat walking along on top of the bar. Didn't go any further. The office was dirty and also smelly. Saw "ladies of the evening coming and going all through the night. I would rather have slept in my car.

Forget the place the place. It's not so clean, located near the highway 35 so, it is noisy. I don't recommand that place even if it is a cheap price.
While the outside looked sketchy, the room was large and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Best hotel I've ever being to I would have rated it 10 starts but this stupid website doesn't let me. They helped me dispose of the dead hooker in my trunk and they gave me the wifi password 10 min after
