Very clean. Gorgeous location. Not the softest towels.
Guys, its just for the river facing view that we visited this place in spite of reading the reviews on TripAdvisor. We were here with friends for a 2 night stay on a long weekend.Pathetic service as everybody here have reviewed. The owners don't know what customer service means.1. The rooms were never cleaned post the first day. We had kept the used towels on the floor for the maintence to pick it up but to our surprise they were still lying there when we returned the next day. They were wet and stinky.2.The washroom door lock never worked for us.3. Poor internet speed.We had to use our own data plans.4. Breakfast was very simple.This is still acceptable but we were shocked for being charged $10 per towel just because the towels were on the floor makes no sense. Also, falsely claimed that we had broken their towel stand and door.Stay away from these guys since you never know what they will get fixed from your funds by charging your credit cards and then asking you to dispute.Wish there was an option to give 0 stars, but deserve the 1 star just for the beautiful river facing room view.
Very cosy motel and lovely atmosphere. The bed was comfy and an exceedingly large king size. Would highly recommend for a comfortable and clean stay in Saint Jean.
Decent motel, fairly clean, good for a short stay. The pool and river are really nice and there are chairs to sit on and enjoy the view. Parking is good.
Motel was clean , just the rception person was not very client oriented! Maybe because we were there with a group but personel needs more professionalisme with the client. Otherwise, you have gorgeous view on the River!
