Good store for anything pool or spa related. Free test of water quality and good prices on chlorine and pool parts. *Update Aug 8/2018* Changed from 4 to 3 stars. One thing that could be improved is the staff's knowledge. Hard to find someone who actually has real hands on experience maintaining a pool or doing their own maintenance on one. Would be nice if they actually had people who maintained and did repairs on their own inground or above ground pools who could give installation advice on their products. Over the past year I have purchased more pool parts and realized their prices arent as competitive as they once seemed, but I guess this is the case without much competition or other stores to buy parts.

Nous avons acheter notre piscine, notre thermopompe, notre ensemble de patio et notre ensemble de salon extrieur cette succursale. L'exprience en magasin a t bonne. La qualit des produits et le service, eux, sont plutt douteux. La thermopompe n'a pas t installe correctement, notre vendeur en connaissait plus sur l'installation de la thermopompe que le technicien. Le moteur de la piscine coule de rouille, le plastique du filtre se brise, l'escalier et les lumires de la piscine ont aussi bris, le tout, aprs seulement 10 mois l'extrieur. Leur technicien, qui est venu la maison, nous a mentionner que la qualit des produits n'y tait plus et que ce genre de bris tait tout fait normal, ce mme si nous les avons entreposs dans notre sous sol tempr pour la saison hivernale. Suite notre plainte nous avons reu un crdit de 50$ en magasin, ce n'tait pas le genre de service aprs ventes que nous attendions.J'ai rempli le formulaire comme demand, sans retour aprs 3 semaines.
